IRGC serviceman Hassan Sayyad Khodaei, who was among those contributing to the fight against Takfiri terrorists and protecting holy shrines in Syria, was assassinated by two motorcyclists when he was dismounting his car to enter his home in an eastern neighborhood of Tehran on Sunday.

According to the IRGC, “thugs and remnants of terrorist groups” affiliated with the Zionists were behind the assassination.

In a statement on Monday, the Islamic Amal movement of Lebanon condemned the assassination and held the Zionis regime accountable for the horrible crime, especially given the fact that it came after Iran announced the arrest of a nuclear spy linked with Mossad.

The movement also denounced the Zionist regime’s attack on a Damascus suburb recently that led to the martyrdom of three people.

It pledged retribution for the crimes and said will stand with Syria in responding to the attacks at the time of its choosing.
