Iraq’s Nujaba Says Has Weapons That Could Reach Occupied Palestine
Nasr al-Shammari, the official spokesman of the al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement, reiterated in an interview with Iran’s Mehr News Agency that the movement’s firm position is maximum support for the Palestinian people.
Al-Shammari noted that the missile power of the Islamic Resistance has laid new foundations for the struggle against the Zionist regime and has formed an equation with new rules.

The Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces have issued a statement declaring its support for the Palestinian Islamic Resistance. In what areas is the support of the Popular Mobilization Forces located in general and the al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement in particular accepted by the Palestinian Islamic Resistance?
We in the Islamic Resistance of Iraq will spare no effort in defending our brothers in the Palestinian Islamic Resistance and the dear Palestinian people. This is our religious and moral duty but also an important part of our Islamic belief and a fundamental component in our message and thought.
Therefore, we are ready to support the Palestinian Islamic Resistance, from weapons and the transfer of experience to direct participation in the fight against this sinister regime.
We have the experience and weapons that can go deep into this usurping regime.
Palestinian Islamic Resistance groups have imposed a new equation on the enemy during “Operation Sword of al-Quds” against the Zionist regime, with the unveiling of new and advanced equipment such as the “Haj Qasem Soleimani missile.” What is your assessment of the missile power of the Islamic Resistance in this campaign?
The missile power of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance has laid new foundations for the struggle against the Zionist regime and has formed an equation with new rules, in which the initiative is in the hands of the Islamic Resistance and the entire occupied territories.
Also, deterrent force is not only proportionate with the attacks of the Zionist regime but rather also has a higher level than it. In a way, this usurper regime will hesitate several times before any stupid action.
This was a great performance, and God will bring it to fruition, and it will ultimately help map out the struggle, not in occupied Palestine, but rather in the whole region.
During the current war, we witnessed missile and rocket attacks from the south of Lebanon and Syria to the occupied territories. An action that brought to mind the interpretation of the united body of the Islamic Resistance in the region once again. In your opinion, can it be said that this interpretation has also been applied in practice and is no longer a theory?
First, this is a foundation of Islamic belief such that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (may the peace and blessings of God be upon him) said, “Muslims and believers are like one body. Anyone who does not feel this is certainly negligent.”
This principle has been crystallized in many battlefields and scenes, such as the martyrdom of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps commanders in the struggle against the Zionist regime in Lebanon. The Lebanese, Iraqi and Afghan commanders and warriors who were martyred in the fight against Daesh terrorism in Syria and Iraq were also based on this principle.
In this regard, we can also mention the great support of the warriors of the Ansarullah movement in dear Yemen against the aggression of the Zionist-Wahhabi coalition.
Today, the blood of these loved ones is mixed, hearts are tied and hands are joined to support the great cause of the liberation of Palestine. We are full of desire and eagerness to participate with the people of Palestine with all our resources.
It appears that the United States still has no intention of leaving Iraqi territory. In the meantime, no practical action has been taken to implement the parliament’s resolution expelling the Americans. If this occupation continues, what will be the solution and the option of the Islamic Resistance?
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq has made its decision and started its implementation on the battlefield. That is, weapons are the only way to force the American occupying forces to leave Iraq and the Islamic Resistance’s operations are gradually intensified and calculated.
The most important thing that has been proven over the past period is that no American base or military presence is out of reach of the Islamic Resistance. We can reach them in every corner of Iraq. As they do not have security in Baghdad or the south, they will not have security in the bases of Ayn al-Asad and al-Harir or anywhere else and we will not retreat and negotiate until the last American soldier leaves.
As for the weakness and weak actions of the government, I must say that they are not really psychologically capable of creating such a discourse and they still resort to false pretenses to prolong the stay of the occupiers and take refuge behind the soldiers who have not been able to protect them.
We do not care about resisting this inability of the government but we will continue on our way. Our weapon is legal and we will not give it up not only until the liberation of Iraq but also until the liberation of al-Aqsa Mosque from the clutches of the Zionist regime.
